Eligibility
This page applies only to our income-restricted apartment homes available to qualifying low- and moderate-income households. These homes are designated as Income Restricted under Floor Plans and online availability. If your household income exceeds the guidelines below, you may still qualify for any of our other available apartment homes, which are not subject to these income limits.
HOUSEHOLD SIZE: Includes each person who will reside in the home regardless of age.
HOUSEHOLD INCOME: All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veterans disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits and any interest and dividends payments.
MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HOUSEHOLD INCOME: HUD (US Department of Housing of Urban Development) publishes annual income limits based on household size that are used to determine the maximum household income. The rent program that your household may be eligible for is based on the income limits noted below.
